2. Data and purpose of the processing

The company informs the users of the site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below, and to keep customers updated on the news and general activities of the company.

The processed data is browsing data and data provided voluntarily by the user of the web service.

4. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but due to its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given to the server and other parameters related to the operating system and to the user’s computer environment.
These data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

5. Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal data including e-mail address to the addresses indicated on the site or by filling in the appropriate contact formats on the site, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s personal data, among which the e-mail address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data contained in the message or in the expected formats. Specification of any summary information is reported or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for the services on request, so as to draw the attention of the person concerned on the processing of his personal data.

The company will use the data collected for:
a) purposes related to the use of the services offered by the site (site navigation);
b) activities strictly connected and instrumental to managing relationships with customers (contact requests);
c) marketing activities, solely and exclusively with the specific consent of the user, aimed at sending advertising/informative/promotional material, sending newsletters, also regarding programs and promotions, including online, communications, development and maintenance of business relationships.

6. Cookies

Cookies and other tracking systems

Persistent cookies
From the point of view of duration we can distinguish temporary session cookies that are deleted automatically at the end of the browsing session and are used to identify the user and thus avoid logging on every page visited, and permanent ones that remain active in the pc, or in another device, until expiry or cancellation by the user.
Session cookies may be installed in order to allow access and permanence to the reserved area of the company’s sites as an authenticated user.
They are not stored permanently but only for the duration of the navigation until the browser is closed and then they disappear when the browser is closed. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers consisting of random numbers generated by the server necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the company’s sites.

We do not use cookies to create user profiles, nor do we use other tracking methods.
It uses session cookies instead (not persistent) strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient browsing of sites. Session cookie storage in terminals or browsers is under user’s control, where on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains registered in the service records, with storage times no longer than seven days, as well as other browsing data.

7. Data controlling method

Data processing will be carried out pursuant to art. 4 of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. It can be carried out both with the use of paper documents and with the help of electronic and computerized data transmission tools, using methods and instruments that guarantee data’s security and confidentiality. In particular, all technical and organizational measures will be taken to ensure an adequate level of security regarding the risk.
The processing is carried out through automated systems for a strictly necessary period to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, in accordance with the laws in force.

8. Communication and dissemination of data

Personal data is processed by the Data Controller’s employees and/or collaborators and will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the law and in any case according to the methods allowed by this.

9. Rights of the interested party

In relation to the aforementioned data, the rights of access, rectification and deletion of data may be exercised at any time; the rights of limitation or opposition to the processing and the right to the portability of data, eg to receive the data in a structured format that is commonly used and automatically readable and to be able to transmit it to another data controller without no restrictions. More specifically, reference is made to the provisions set forth in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the GDPR. In case of violation, the interested party has the right to file a complaint with the competent Control Authority.

10. Withdrawal of consent

The consent given to the processing of personal data may be revoked at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the data processing carried out in the period prior to the revocation itself, or further processing based on legal bases other than consent.
